Charlie Parker is far too superior to any of these to include in a vulgar "list." Like trying to compare a fine wine to an health enhancing herbal tea, just categorically different bread of life food stuffs.

When 'anyone' gets on a top ten list, that alone shows that they are excellent. The respect is certainly there for Phil Woods because he made the top 10.

I think just out of respect you need to replace Vincent Herring with Phil Woods.
Vincent Herring has not played enough years. Vincent is good but doesn't come close to the many great years of Phil Woods performances.
